If an athlete has a medical reason for using a banned substance, you may complete a Therapeutic Use Exemption Form and submit it for review and consideration.

All open class winners will be urinalysis tested backstage by a qualified nurse/doctor and all samples will be send out for testing immediately following awards. Athletes who fail the urinalysis test will be stripped from their placing & National Qualification for 3 years with the NPC.

ATHLETES PLEASE NOTE*- a random urinalysis test can be ordered by the HEAD judge if he/she feels one is needed on ANY competitor throughout the entire event (prejudge or finals) of the NPC WJ Natural Classic.

Entrants must be NPC registered athletes and there are no residency restrictions. NPC cards run January 1st- December 31st so cards purchased in 2025 will not be valid for 2026 events.

Competitors may register with the NPC online at npcregistration.com which will allow you to print your card instantly ($150.00). We recommend that you save an image of your card as a back up.

All masters competitors must show proof of age at Check-In (i.e. Birth Certificate copy) All teen competitors must be at least 18 years of age.

You are not required to compete in a novice class even if eligible and may choose instead to enter Open/Masters or may enter both. Novice classes are only open to those who qualify by these terms:

True Novice Classes – This class is for first time competitors only. If you have ever competed in an NPC competition previously (regardless of division), you are not eligible for True Novice.

Novice Classes – Competitors may have NOT placed in the top 10 at any National level show.

All competitors must be current members of the NPC in good standing. Membership runs from January 1st through December 31st in each calendar year. Competitors should register with the NPC on-line at npcregistration.com to get their membership immediately. Copy your membership card on your phone and you can also print a copy of your membership card to bring with you to check-in.
